Details at the bottom of the site
Welcome to our website!

Let's start with the question: who is this website addressed to?
- To people suffering from poverty, injustice and violence from the authorities; Authorities facing governance issues; Investors and researchers who can provide analysis and reform of the government.
Why about the government?
- Because the world is clearly not normal. Governments in most countries rely on violence and aggression to maintain their grip. Meanwhile, the standoff between autocracies and democracies escalated into war in 2022. It was started by the government, and the people became the victims. It's a catastrophe...

1. Power! Why is it needed and why is everything so bad? But not hopeless!

Why do people need power?
- Power is needed to serve people, taking into account their needs and interests. But more often than not, it is the cause of many of their misfortunes, such as poverty, violence, war, and so on.
Why does this happen?
- Because that's how things work. So instead of developing the country, this government is leading it to disaster. The essence of government is that no matter what horrors it perpetrates, it will always exist as long as the state exists.
Is it so hopeless?
- This doesn't mean the people are helpless before power. Yes, power can't be eliminated, but people can change it, including rulers and institutions. However, changing power is not a simple matter; it often involves sacrifices and doesn't always achieve its goals.
2. Autocracies and Democracies: Confrontation
Why did the confrontation arise?
- Civilization is in crisis. The era of autocracy's dominance is ending. Its methods of governance—violence and aggression—are ineffective and destructive. It faces a powerful competitor: democracy. Built on freedom and cooperation, democracy is more preferable for people. Humanity finds itself in a transition from one form of government to another.
Power and its types

Why is it important to understand and define the types and content of power?
- This question has puzzled thinkers since ancient Greece. People use the concepts they coined, "autocracy," "democracy," and others, to define types of power. Each of these concepts conceals a large number of characteristics that allow us to distinguish the nature of power. According to this typology, people can understand and anticipate the behavior of power, change it, evaluate it, discuss it with others, and draw conclusions about its benefits for themselves.
Autocracies are dangerous

Democracies are unreliable

What kind of power is autocracy and why is it dangerous?
- This form of power, in the form of one-man rule, has existed for 5,500-6,000 years. Its essence has remained unchanged: it is built on autocracy, coercion, and violence. This requires the use of force and other state resources to maintain and sustain power. At the same time, methods based on the suppression of freedoms, violence, and aggression make this type of power dangerous. It is inconsistent with the development of human civilization, which should be founded on human freedom.
Why are democracies unreliable and why should they be supported?
- Modern democracy emerged 250 years ago in the United States. Its subsequent development has been intermittent and intermittent. At the end of the 20th century, the rise of authoritarianism halted the development of democracy. A number of countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia once again became autocracies. Overall, the situation demonstrates the unreliability of democratic authority. Its main problem is that it cannot protect itself, for example, in incomplete democracies. This authority must be valued. By protecting it, we protect ourselves. It relies on freedom and human interaction and shapes the future of our civilization.
Commentary. The fact is that these authorities are problematic due to their inherent characteristics. Some are dangerous—autocracies; others are unreliable—democracies. What does this mean for the people? On the one hand, it's a worrying sign: these authorities are poor options, and it's not safe to trust them with your life and future. On the other hand, it's a signal to sensible people—they need to address the problem of creating a useful and secure government to which they can entrust their fate.
3. Problems created by power that every person must overcome
What is meant by problems of power?
- Let's ask ourselves: who determines the path a person takes in life today, and how? It largely depends on power. It is power that creates various problems (see the figure: Problems of Power) in the form of barriers and obstacles along a person's life. However, not everyone is able to overcome this labyrinth of problems.

What is the essence of this approach?
- It allows one to look at power from the perspective of the individual. Living in a particular state, one must see and understand the problems they face, created by the authorities, and be prepared to resolve or overcome them. It should be noted that the book "The Structure of Power," offered on this website, is essentially a description of the problems of power, at various levels and classifications. Each chapter typically addresses one of the key issues, examining 5-8 more specific but interconnected problems of power.
1. The problem of types of power. Autocracies and democracies differ not only in their form of power, but also in their different approaches to problems. The goal of an autocracy is to strengthen personal power, so it is preoccupied with issues that ensure its security. The goal of a democracy is to be needed by the people. Therefore, it is forced to solve their problems in order to win elections.
2. The problem of the relationship between the government and the people. This relationship is not straightforward. Power is not only a necessity, but also a source of danger for the people. These relationships are organizationally built on the strength of the government and the weakness of the people. Therefore, the authorities can and do use violence against the people.
3. The problem of the usefulness and evaluation of power. Any power must benefit the people. The difficulty lies in determining the usefulness of power. This requires an assessment of power. But no government is interested in exercising it. Therefore, people often have power that is useless and unnecessary.
And so on...
Commentary. So, problems in the state are created by the authorities, and the people have to live with them. They/problems, in the form of barriers and dangers, become the conditions of its existence. And if they are not satisfied with them, then the people create problems for the authorities.
4. On the structure of future power
People are well aware of the government's past, they know its present, but they have no idea about its future. This needs to be created. Let's start by identifying the range of tasks.

Is the idea of creating a future government very interesting?
- The demand for power has always existed: that's how human life is organized. Moreover, power is the product of human hands, which means people can also build the future power, but with new opportunities and demands in mind. This work can begin now.
Specifically, where should we begin?
- The problem is creating an image of the future power structure. For now, it is the product of speculation and various fantasies, not the subject of scientific research. This is what needs to be addressed.
Are there perhaps some important areas of work in this project?
- People are fairly familiar with the government's past, they know its present, but they have no idea about its future. One needs to be created. Below are the main conceptual blocks offered as guidelines. The main conceptual blocks are proposed below as guidelines.

This book contains much important and unknown information about power. We will consider its purpose, how it is created, and what results. Everything you need to understand and analyze it can be found here.
I invite everyone to discuss issues of the organization of power and to participate in shaping its future.
